You are the author of your next chapter.

Most people I talk to do not know what they want, or what makes them happy. That is not a flaw. It is just a place no one taught us to look. I help you raise your awareness, find your North Star, and grow your soul garden at your own pace.

“You cannot hit a target you are not aiming for. Create a roadmap of where you are headed. As you travel, you decide your path. It is all up to you.”

Why now

You are not alone, and nothing is wrong with you

Our mental health crisis is bigger than the pandemic was. It is just quieter. Mental health is somewhat invisible, but it is everywhere, brushed off as though it might disappear if we do not look at it.

People are tired and frustrated, and they do not know how to move through it. I believe you already have what you need inside you. Sometimes you just need the tools, and someone to walk alongside you while you find your way.

What people say about Darci

A valued friend, mother, co-worker, neighbor, relative. A person you want in your inner circle. This is Darci Shin. Darci and I have been friends for 35 years. This lady has been an asset to me since we became co-workers at a social service agency.

Darci is a very knowledgeable woman, and she will always make time to listen and help anyone who wants her assistance. She thrives in implementing her knowledge to find a solution for anyone struggling with a problematic situation. Darci is a solid citizen who will stand up for truth and fairness. Our world today needs more leaders like Darci. Her dignity and integrity are two outstanding qualities she lives by.

Olivia Flores

Friend of 35 years and former colleague

I have known Darci for over thirty years, first as a co-worker in Ironwood High School's Child-Oriented Occupational Program. I was the Director, and she was a teacher and Coordinator in our on-campus preschool. Now she has become a lifelong friend.

Darci's job was to provide a safe environment that encouraged learning and social development in our four-year-old children. With our high school students, she was responsible for grading, monitoring, and modeling teaching and discipline skills. Communicating with parents, children, students, co-workers, and school staff was of critical importance. Proactive problem solving and behavior modification were two of her most appreciated talents.

I will always be thankful for her skills, wisdom, and support.
