The Struggle Makes You Strong
Do not rob yourself of the push.
If you try to help a chick break out of its shell, or a butterfly out of its cocoon, you will weaken it. The struggle to push through is exactly what builds the strength it needs to survive. Take the struggle away, and you take the strength with it.
We forget this about ourselves. We treat every hard season as a mistake, something to be rescued from as fast as possible. But the push is not the enemy. The push is what is making you strong enough for the life on the other side.
This does not mean suffering for its own sake. It means trusting that the effort you are putting in right now, the part that feels slow and hard, is doing something. You are not stuck. You are strengthening.
Hold onto this
The push is not punishment. It is preparation.
