The Baggage You Carry
You can set some of it down.
Imagine walking through life with a bag over each shoulder and one in each hand. Resentment. Old hurt. The story someone told you about yourself that was never true. You have carried them so long you forgot you were holding them.
No wonder you are tired. You are not weak. You are overloaded.
Healing starts when you set a bag down and look inside it. Do I still need to carry this? Is this even mine? You get to decide what comes with you into the next chapter, and what you finally, gently, put down.
Hold onto this
Tired is not weakness. Sometimes it is just too much to carry.
